Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy
- Due to the nature and market volatility of precious metals and gemstones, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in this policy or where a consumer has rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- Eligible exchanges may be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with the original invoice and all original packaging, tags and documentation. Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Akira Jewellery.
- No refunds are provided for eligible exchanges. Where an exchange is permitted, the replacement item must be of equal or greater value, with any applicable price difference payable by the customer.
- Custom, engraved, personalized, special-order and resized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once production or customization has commenced, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Clearance and explicitly designated final-sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- For financed purchases, including purchases financed through Affirm, the purchase remains subject to Akira Jewellery's applicable return/exchange policy and any rights or remedies available to the consumer under applicable law. The financing agreement is also subject to the terms of the applicable financing provider.
- Shipping damage must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours, with clear photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging and damaged item. Customers should retain all packaging until the matter has been resolved. This reporting requirement does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
- Prices are based on prevailing precious-metal and gemstone market conditions and may change without notice before purchase. Once a purchase has been completed, Akira Jewellery does not provide price adjustments or refunds based solely on subsequent changes in precious-metal or gemstone market prices.
- Customers are responsible for carefully confirming ring size, chain length, design, engraving text, personalization details and other specifications before approving an order. Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.
- Akira Jewellery is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, improper storage, unauthorized repairs or alterations, or failure to follow applicable care instructions. This does not exclude or limit any warranty or legal right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
